Return Policy

For us, Rascals Pet Market, our customers’ satisfaction really matters. If your purchase does not suit you, we will exchange it or refund it under certain conditions.


Our policy lasts 30 days. After those 30 days, we unfortunately cannot refund or exchange your product.

Proof of purchase

To carry out a return, you must provide a receipt or a proof of purchase.


To carry out a return, your item must be in perfect condition. It must be in its original closed packaging.

Exchange (Where applicable)

We will replace a product only if it is faulty. If you wish to exchange said product for the same one, bring it back with a proof of purchase.

Refunds (Where applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the product, we’ll inform you of our decision either you will receive a refund or not.


Dry food for cat and dog can be returned for exchange, only if it follows the manufacturer’s return policy and guidelines. Raw food for cat and dog cannot be returned for exchange due to health and safety reasons. We offer no refunds for toys.
